Yes I figured out how yesterday.

 

you are active in game, which is good. But the fact that your forums activity is so low is what basically makes my vote a -1. I understand that forums activity isn't everything, but it's the main place besides in game where you get to know the community and become active and well known.

 

-1 : You had multiple grammatical and spelling errors (Go through your app before you post it to check for them)
: I have never seen you on before / Never even heard of you before
: Weak application (Short and did not go into very much detail)
For the reasons stated above I would give a (-1), Goodluck!

Just from reading a few comments I see you can't take the criticism & leave it at that. As a staff member our mistakes and flaws are constantly put into our faces by the community many times (more so with new staff members).
If you cant take some mean words in shout then you couldn't take being staff..
Also taking & uploading screen shots is a VERY important part of staff because you have to upload proof of every ban you have!
I suggest you learn that, learn how to take mean words, & re-apply then with "WHY" you want to be helper.
Being nice is good but doesn't mean you need helper. There is plenty of nice people.
I'm not going to say anymore because I don't want to sound like a meanie heh

P.S You can ask staff for a proof-read on your apps or ask a friend to before you apply again. I would read it for you, & give some pointers.
I would work on it for a few days THEN post. Don't delete it just to post one just as equal to it.
