Mfm, actually think you are a very nice person and could make a very good Helper someday. However, currently there are a few things that bother me right now, and I hope you can address them.

- You have a tendency to be fairly immature, but seem to be able to be serious at times. I think you need to work on controlling your 'silliness' better.

-1 hour a day and 1.5 hours on weekends is not very good. Is there no way you can be more active than that?

- Your application was incredibly short, and your Introduction was longer than your Why, which is a big no-no. Here's a guide made by me, for general staff recruitment stuff; I suggest you read it. Furthermore, you should go through the 'Accepted' applications, particularily the ones where people commented 'good application'.

- You don't seem to really have a clue as to what being staff entails. First of all, people saying 'kick' and 'bam' is the bane of every staff member's existence, and partially makes me glad that we removed the announced bans. Furthermore, //yes//, you should have written this on a computer, and it should take you more than 5 minutes to write; at the very least, and hour.

- Voice chat is absolutely required, and without it, you cannot be staff. Period.

 

You're going to be called names, insulted, and all kinds of things as a staff member. If you can't handle someone calling you a nub, You can't handle the position.

There is no, ''Well he started it'' either. You are to maintain a distinct level of maturity.
