Introduction: Hello there. My name is Landon; however, most of you guys call me Land, Lando and Landonator. I am twelve years old, in the seventh grade, and live in the United States of America.

I enjoy playing sports such as baseball and basketball. For baseball, I play on a fourteen-fifteen team besides me. I have to work with fourteen-fifteen year olds which is perfectly fine with me. It is a bit harder though since I have to make plays faster but I can handle it. I have been playing baseball for about seven years/seasons. I also help coach my brothers High School baseball camp during the summer. We rake the fields, put fences up (plastic ones), etc. For basketball, I have been playing for seven years/seasons. I am sort of like a 'captain' since I call the plays. I also play the drums which I like to do. I just had to drop drums yesterday since my baseball is changing my schedule a bit. I will be starting drums again after summer though.

In school, I am an honors student for both Language Arts/English and Mathematics. I take Spanish which is a High School level class and plan on taking Spanish two in Eighth grade.

Why you should be Helper? Experience:
As I have no experience as a Helper+ in Minecraft/MeepCraft, I wish to expand my knowledge and widen my horizons. I would love to start my experience and learning here on MeepCraft because Meep has been like a family to me. Meep is basically my second home. It is always so fun and the community and players are amazing. One of the major aspects to being a Helper/staff member is knowing the rules and the commands to help players. In my two years, I feel I have gained an extensive knowledge of the rules and commands of MineCraft.

Work Ethic:
In my opinion, I am a hard working problem solver – in and out of school. In my daily life, I like to get projects/activities done as soon as I can and turn them in on time. I do not like turning in something half finished, or not at all.

If you are given the project, it should get done in a timely manner and be turned in by the deadline. I also do not like giving excuses to anything for any reason unless there is an event that absolutely affected me turning it in on time.

When working alone, I usually think more about the details and sketches/final draft. Before building, I like to plan and evaluate how it will work. Will it break when the marble reaches that point? Is there enough space?

When working in groups, I usually am building something like a project. I usually start making measurements and think about what materials go where and how it works. I don't just sit around talking to my friends; I do the work and take my share in it.

I am a diligent worker in the community of MeepCraft. I always try my best to help people and give them the most accurate answer. I pay attention to chat to see if anyone says they need help, asks how to create a town, or asks how to add a friend and other questions.

This would help me if I was a staff member. Staff members work with each other sometimes and sometimes by themselves. I would always try to get my case done as fast as I could.

Dedication: I have been on this server for 1.5+ years. I think I first joined in May-June 2013. I first joined on Ausman10 (in meepnetworks). Then I got my own account instead of using my brothers so I could play more/longer. I play Meepcraft a lot. I have played 12 hours of Meepcraft in 1 day. Usually if I am at my Grandmas I go on from 8:00 am to whatever time. If I have time I will come back on. Most of the times, after I get off or if I am not on that day I am on the forums. I am also on skype if I am not on talking to members.

Involvement: I talk and help people in shout and message (World server, towns chat etc.). I always like talk to the wonderful community of Meepcraft. I talk in shout and start a conversation with people. If I see anyone ask for help I will surely help them if I see it! I have helped a few new members when they don't know the rules and commands. It also makes the community look better since we are a helpful community. I am a helpful guy that wants to make a bigger change to the community for the better.

Performance: If someone asks a question I will answer it for them as long as I see it. If someone says for example: "How do I add a friend so they can build on my plot?" I will say /res friend add (name). When I help people it makes me feel like a better person. I also am in Kitpvp a lot. So if I am not busy and had the time to play Kitpvp I would go there. If I see a hacker I could record and show it to other staff members.

Justification: I think I am ready to take the challenge and be part of the staff team. I really want to help the community and the players. I know all rules on the top of my head and have memorized them (not word for word). I could help the community in my opinion and maybe some of you guys.

What are your weaknesses? Weaknesses: I am not always able to come on. There are a few days I won't be able to come on. No more then 7 days a month though (unless im on vacation or something happens to me or my family). I have sports but should not affect me to much. This affects me since I wouldn't be on and couldn't do modreqs and cases if I was accepted. I could be on forums
and help people though. I always try to get on after sports, drums, homework and etc.

Activity on teamspeak: My activity on teamspeak is not the best. My house is usually loud so I don't want to have people hear it. When it is quiet in my house, I usually come on teamspeak. I always try to get on teamspeak when I can though. I am also at my grandparents a lot and their computer doesn't have a mic besides 1 of their computer but it lags crazy. I could always go on teamspeak there if needed though.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Yes, I know this is the same application. Barely anything has changed besides I stopped drums for a little and I am in baseball season. Thanks

You seem very desperate for this position.
You do not seem helpful in my opinion.
I don't see you being involved in the community in any aspect of the server, unlike you used to.
You copied your previous application which is not allowed, and shows a great sign of laziness.
When you were assistant in Butterland, you really weren't that great. You left once after being greatly inactive, and when you came back, I would most of the time tell you to work.

I do not think you are ready to fulfill this position, and you've seem to put yourself in a worse spot lately than 1-2 months ago.

 

I think I could not give a -1 any more that I am right now.

-1. First of all, you are kind, friendly, and always comfortable to be around. But, the reason there's a "-1" right before the word "First". In the nicest of terms like monkey said your desperate, immature and kinda annoying. No offense intended. Don't take this in any negative way because I'm generally listing what you can improve on. Other then on staff applications, I don't really see you on forums you know? Your kinda in the mist. Also your app was decent, but we can all agree your getting desperate. Take a break from the apps. About two and a half weeks. (Was denied on 3/29/15).

 

Omg dude.mi like you, but you really need to be patient when applying. I see you as desperate. You should wait a while before you apply. If you waited a month or 2 I would be +1. Show me that you can handle being staff and actually help people before I have you my vote.

This is a issue right here; I like that you are showing dedication by staying around even though you have been denied.

2 week isn't enough to fix all your mistakes, even 1 month isn't; wait a couple months, change a lot, fix your issues, and come back and apply.
