    Wow! Huge improvement from your last application, and its cool that you are applying again.
    You are happy, kind, mature, but maybe not knowledgeable enough to become staff.

    Imrpove/Advice:
    -Become more well-known
    -Use /g more
    -Become more "cozy" with the servers and its commands :)
