I dont think you need this, If you had just put in some acual work and real explanation for your past into this I would be a +1 but I cannot support you here -1

You clearly cannot take feedback, as you keep trying to justify your actions, about what people have said about you. Just accept that you have done wrong things, instead of trying to prove that everything you have done has a reason behind it.

Absolutely not, you are nowhere near the maturity level expected for staff and you get banned so often it should disqualify you for months. Furthermore, seeing you as a staff member would be severely disheartening as you are consistently annoying and nonconstructive in chat. It seems more like you intend to refute, rather than acknowledge and work on, the flaws people point out here. Resounding -1.

If you work on your maturity, application, and being a positive member of the community, you could have a shot at this.
