+/- First of all, you have improved a lot. When I say this, usually I mean that your ready for this position. Say you were a tree, and you had old leaves and these old leaves weren't really good. Gradually you grow new leaves that are fresh, clean, and good. I feel like you are an amazing person but you still have some old leaves on you. You can still be immature, and disrespectful sometimes. Grow in new leaves in the places you haven't meaning (Improve the things your still a bit weak on) and once you do that I can see you as a great helper.
