Helper Application from GummiBirr

You recently broke a rule involving spawners and embassies. That rules has been here ever since I joined.
You don't need staff if you don't know the rules.

 

-1 I told you to wait gummi. You even said you were going to apply on April 17. I told you to wait longer than that. You obviously have some issues with patience. Please don't take this personally, but you don't seem like you have self control.

Ever since you came back, you've improved yourself immensely and worked on keeping your ego down.

+1 it would be good to have more staff members on answering modreq's or just overall helping the players! Gummi's post seemed very good and for all that I saw in game, he is very helpful!

 

Well, idek what even happened about this "spawner" incident, and I'm not gonna get involved -_- (I'm still +1 with bacon btw though)

Edit: Also, the general idea of "Helper" is to "Help" people but modreq's aren't the only thing you focus on as helper. You help the server progress by putting your ideas and moving forward and contributing to the server. This is what I would like to see more people applying understand.

just dont let the helper position get to ur head

Edit: If you get helper, it will get to your head. Changing this to -1, the way you treated me as an assistant in your town made me change my mind. Nobody will want to work with someone who slacks as a worker and has an inflated ego as a leader.

I'm not sure yet. Maybe in a little bit. You're just a tad bit desperate, and immature. I've seen improvement! Keep working on that.

 

-1 you have improved. Except, Everytime I try to picture you as a staff member, I cringe a little bit. I don't see the maturity. I feel like my vote will stay the same for a long time until I see this improvement and stays good for a long time. When I see you as a staff member, I see you breaking your improvement and becoming ver immature. In order for me to loose the vision of you doing that, I need to see this improvement carry on.

You've made alot of improvements, although I do not think you are perfectly ready for staff, you've changed a lot, I'd say in a months time, you would be the perfect candidate.

Last week I probably would have said +1 easily. After the little "incident" I can't say I can easily give you a +1. You have been more helpful than usual but you could still use some improvement with your people skills. You don't always act as mature as you should. It's been less frequent lately but it still happens more than it should. Keep working at it and let's not have anymore "incidents" -1

When I met Gummi/Bacon acouple weeks ago, he actually was quite nice and was helpful. If he takes the time to be friendly with a nobody like myself I think that makes him a good candidate for helper
