Even though you have improved you are beyond desperate for staff.

tbh completely honest I'm a -1 due to the fact that you are too desperate for staff. It's seriously annoying.

you're getting there gummi. keep doing what you're doing and i think you'll have atleast earned yourself an interview. There was a time where no one would consider you for an interview, so the fact you actually see people +1ing shows you can do it if you keep it up. gl.

 

Ill keep my response up, however, I was too hard, and I have noticed that you are trying. And I when I see effort being put it, for me, I see it as an improvement, and that you actually care. However my vote still stays because you aren't quite there, and I know it will take longer for to improve. Although, if you keep the effort up, and improve, I can see a change, but, I really do not think will be anytime soon.

Can we stop "reserving" posts, if you can't think of what to say about this app when replying, chances are you don't have enough info to make a rational decision. If that's the case, you shouldn't be replying in the first place. You don't need to spend an hour writing out how you think gumms is immature and you certainly don't need to reserve the spot beforehand if that's all you're going to contribute.

Can we make staff apps private yet?

Gummi has improved a lot since last year, but from the pictures i saw someone post above you should try speak like you are a staff, that really it you should improve on. Try again in like a month or so
