Helper Application from GummiBirr

I think I have been on these forums long enough to start voting on applications, so I shall begin here.

On the forums, I haven't seen any specific bad things from you. I've seen maybe 2-3 posts where I thought a little immature - but, I have seen post after post of genuine mature quality posts from you. By reading your application and the comments, it seems you have posted many applications in the past, and judging by the people who didn't just "-63825482", they say you have vastly improved. If this is true, I see dedication in your eyes - and dedication is a strong value. At the end though, by what I said; a few immature posts however the rest good, I'm gonna have to agree with this:

Except, my vote will be a +.5 as I say you at least deserve an interview.

-1 You are immature. One instance is you said we weren't friends anymore because I gave you a bad comment on you last Staff Application and that is truly and utterly immature and I get being in a bad mood but a part of maturity is being able to take the day one with a good attitude not getting angry at small stuff. I said what I said to help you but you just ignore most of the help that people originally offered when you first applied and people became annoyed. Listen to what people are saying. They aren't stupid. Some are trying to actually help.

 

Gummi, I've seen improvements from you but I'm still a -/+. What you need to do is stop applying for a while. Maybe give it a 2-3 months break but, keep up your good work helping the community and being mature. I advise you to ignore the people that tells you "you will never get staff". Everyone deserves a chance. You will get your chance sooner or later. Keep your cool and again, don't do anything stupid that will make people give you a -1 for your next app. I can see some people changed their vote for you.

Guys you never know he could improve. So just stop saying he can't. You guys think he may not be able to but everyone changes so give him a chance.

New name, new you. I don't know if it was intentional or not but you have definitely got so much better since you changed your name!
Seriously though, if you keep this up I think you would definitely be fit for the position, I mean you've got all the other qualities (activity, knowledge etc.). I don't want to give you a -1 but I think you should wait a month and keep up the awesome work. I almost wish we could just stick a pending tag on this

Its our comments, Im pretty sure this is about his application, not our responses.
It is our opinions, we don't need your insight.
Plus you haven't been here long enough to see how many applications he has put together.

Thanks for all the time you gave to put your reply here. I want to learn more to the community. I don't want to have a bad reputation. I will still work hard for everybody and for the benefit of the community.

And, This is Gummi. My brother has no more access to this account as he will study at australia and will come back in a couple of years. I hope this clears it all up.

I still think you aren't ready yet, and I still am at a -1, but the fact that you can take in all these rude people's comments is unbelievable. You have great effort and are really striving for the position. If you keep your maturity like this, my vote for you will surely raise.

 

TBH for me it's a +.5 partially because of the the reasons above. I have not seen you very often on meep. But I like up your app

I can't be one to say much about how you used to act, as I only started playing meep and using the forums not too long ago. But from the behavior that I see of you in game I feel like you are on the right path. If you keep moving forward I feel like you can do it, but for now I'm going to have to stick with my choice.

I think a good point is;

If someone is dedicated/addicted enough to make 13 whole applications after being slapped with rejection,

Atleast give the guy a chance.


I personally haven't observed him after his name change, obviously due to circumstances.

However my past experiences with GummiBirr has shown to me he has a chance. Chance at performing adequately to greatly for staff duties.

I'll stick this out there: I'm bias. Everyone is bias anyway, but yeah. That's my two cents on this.
