I don't know how many times I have to say this.
You haven't been active for the past 1 or 2 weeks. You are still VERY immature. (You don't even know how much emphasis I need to put on "Very", because its definitely a lot) You don't have consistency for sure.
What you were saying to pizzafest was SO VERY IMMATURE and unprofessional. You handled it horribly. You talked like jerk to him. You made him feel even worse. And you were mocking/immitating him. You have no good communication skills what so ever. You make it obvious that you are not the person to be handling a modreq with a new player who doesn't understand how to play. You have a positive personality, don't get me wrong on that. I know you have a positive attitude, which is great. But YOU ARE NOT STAFF MATERIAL!
Gummi. I don't want to be rude, but you aren't even trying! I haven't seen any improvement from last application. In my opinion, I think you have just become even more immature. You have a tendency to become rude to players who don't understand something or need help. And with that, you cannot handle being a helper. Please, Gummi. Think before you apply.

And tbh, it's hard to believe you were ever staff on a different server.

Im am sorry to be so straight forward. But, you don't even understand the concept of change, and improvement.

you have posted about 15 apps. And MMMMAAANNNNYYY comments that include constructive criticism, and you haven't even tried once to take those comments into action.

At this point, I don't even care if you are Michelle Obama. You will never be staff. And my vote will never change.

 

Just... Just stop. It's actually come to the point where I expect these, yet still it makes my head hurt every time you make an app to know how incapable you are of understanding that you will never make a good helper.

Maybe when you learn what the difference between what a male and a female is, and you learn how to use proper grammar, then I'll listen to you. As of now, you are clearly biased, and your opinion means nothing to me, seeing as you clearly don't accept anyone's but your own.

In essence, learn how to write and make an unbiased decision before replying.

Here's why:

Picture 1:

This is self explanatory. Even though it may have not been a good choice (because it was an awful choice), that doesn't give you the rights to make a whole thread about being jealous that he got it, being immature, and pretty much saying that staff are pretty stupid. Why would we want a person like this as staff?

Picture 2:

Just another sign of immaturity. The fact that you used the word "hell" and said it in all capital letters makes is very immature, and if I ever saw a staff member do that, I wouldn't let that get far.

Picture 3:

You just came back about 2 weeks ago. You should really wait a while before applying for staff when you just came back, and try to get involved again. And also, it's your brother's account. What will happen when he comes back?

Picture 4:

This is.... oh my gosh. You're happy when a player got scammed. Just damn. What if I was happy if you were scammed? This just shows another sign of your immaturity, and that you don't respect other players at all. It also means you can hate other players very easily. Once again, if I saw a staff member say this, I would request a demotion ASAP and a minor punishment. FYI, that was only 10 days before you made your application. Not a good sign at all.

And your weaknesses section. You did not have immaturity in your weaknesses, so that gives me no hope that you will really be striving to improve that area, where you need to work on the most. I also have a few other weaknesses in mind.

Overall, I don't care if you can be mature, or if you have improved. One time you rage quit and asked for your app to be deleted, which is not what I want to see in a staff member. Your past has shown me that you are nowhere near qualified to be a staff member, and your present self is the same try hard self you are when you try to get staff. Please do us all a favor, and stop applying, until you really really really are willing to get your head in the game.

Can we stop "reserving" posts, if you can't think of what to say about this app when replying, chances are you don't have enough info to make a rational decision. If that's the case, you shouldn't be replying in the first place. You don't need to spend an hour writing out how you think gumms is immature and you certainly don't need to reserve the spot beforehand if that's all you're going to contribute.

Can we make staff apps private yet?
How are those hidden ban messages in /shout working out? Exactly.....

Maybe we should just give him helper to stop him from applying because maybe he can't get it through his thick skull that it won't happen.

Seriously though, if you keep this up I think you would definitely be fit for the position, I mean you've got all the other qualities (activity, knowledge etc.). I don't want to give you a -1 but I think you should wait a month and keep up the awesome work. I almost wish we could just stick a pending tag on this
