Your arguing on the thread shows that you are unable to handle negative feedback and you tend to get very defensive which is not at all good. I think you should give yourself time to mature and prove to the community that you can improve. I do not think you are ready for helper, your immaturity proves to be a issue. You have potential, however, I do not believe that you have showed your true potential to the community.

Overall, I do not think you currently have what it takes to handle the responsibilities of being staff. Give yourself time and you could "find" yourself. all you need to do is mature and prove you are responsible which is not apparent at this time.

I do not feel you are staff material. Though you are active I have not once seen you assist a player in shout. You are immature and I feel like you are just not quite ready. Work on your helpfulness all around and I may reconsider. -1

Ok theres 2 new comments and this hasnt been commented on in a long time, but of course I dont mind. Staff is full and theres alot of app.s so.. xD and I dont know who you are too. And currently I will be off until friday, sorry for being off for a week Dx This really never happens to me. I dont go for weeks at a time usually. Thanks though.

 

You comment on our replies too much; once every 10 replies will suffice.

 

This is currently denied, we feel that maturity is still an issue. I would keep on doing what you are doing and apply again in the future no less than a month.
