Like always, I'm going to break it down. So first the application. The introduction wasn't bad. It got me to know you, pretty much displayed the basis of what I wanted to see. Then, the why. It wasn't bad, but I want to know more. Go more into detail of how you can benefit this team if accepted. What I see there is basically a shopping list of skills you supposedly have. Then again, it wasn't bad. It showed me the basics but I look for more than the basics. So now the weaknesses: So of the 4 weaknesses, two of those aren't a big deal. Not everyone can know every little thing about the server, yet we keep on learning and learning. Also, you don't have to be incredibly literate to write an application, just write what you feel. So enough with the application, I want to address those two weaknesses I skipped earlier. So, I skipped over picking fights and taking things a tad too far because I want to address it in their own little section. Those two things are something that really throw me aback. Recently, the fights are just a bit much for me. It seems as if since your last application you've taken up that habit. When you wrote up that last application, I was all for it. But those fights that seemed to have come out of nowhere and linger leave me a bit uneasy. Your attitude doesn't seem like it's in the right place for a staff position at the moment. Honestly, I wasn't expecting this. Asides from the picking fights and somewhat rudeness, I know you're very kind. I see you sometimes being a help, but I can't help but think back to those fights and rude comments. I want you to take a step back and think twice before you make a remark that may seem rude or uncalled for. As staff, you are expected to stay mature and keep your cool. Many staff undergo hate when first accepted, and I can imagine you not doing well with that. I feel as if you work on what I said and take note of what others above have commented, you can become once again a great candidate for the position. Never give up -1.

 

We were friends in a/b/g, when you were quite nice. Next, you are never supposed to edit applications, as it shows you didn't read it before hand, and that means you don't care. Most of my other points have been addressed, and therefore, I have to say -0.5.

 

I hope we can better our relationship, despite the past.

Sorry if i was ever rude to you, this seems to be my main problem is arguments. I will certainly try my best not to engage in them.

Yes i kinda fell off the depend from my lat application. Thank you for the advice i will put everyones comments and advice into action.

 

I've seen many applications denied for this. Even a simple spelling error.

Another reason our rules must change, staff (as Marlin said) told him it was fine, meaning that the staff don't know the rules to enough extent. There is just so little that our rules covers now
(This seems out of nowhere but if you piece my messages on varies forums and in game together it makes sense)

 

Editing your application has not been a rule for well over a year, unless you're deliberatly changing it to fix stuff that makes yourself look better (like someone comments saying I hate this part of your app, and editing that part out)

 

This worries me. Being staff is a team effort. Everyone from Admin to Helper is an equal on the team and deserves to be treated as such. You can't come in with the notion that some of your teammates are worse than you, or that you're inherently better than anyone despite their past. Doubting someone that gets accepted not only demeans the applicant but also demeans the application process and the staff members that voted to accept them.

 

I do not want you being "worried" by that @Deljikho. What I was trying to say is the last time I applied and got accepted for an interview the same day I got denied two people got accepted and within two weeks are now umm... banned? I know the staff team is a team and everyone has to work together, trust me I have had my fair share of warnings, kicks and bans but all I meant was many people who got a chance at the job are either demoted, banned or resigned and here I am on my 3rd application and never gotten the chance to do the job. Thank you for your concern and I love when everyone leaves a comment and suggestion, it helps me figure out the issues I need to work on and truly fix so one day I can be a helper and do the job to the standards it requires

This can be more of a weakness than it is a positive. Considering others' posts about your immaturity and toxicity, I'm going to say that this is more of a weakness that it is a positive.

This is something you pretty much need to know as a Staff Member, as you'll be getting more commands and guidelines dumped on you if you get accepted.

I think Natsu has summed up what I was going to say quite well here.

This is literally a last-ditch plead to let the staff accept you. Oh, just because I can't write apps means I should be Staff because if I could you would accept me.

To finish, here are some of the comments that I thoroughly agree with.

To be honest, I didn't really think you were that bad when I clicked on the forum post. Now, reading the comments and the app itself, my views have thoroughly changed. Big -1 from me.
