Hello Boombox!; Im sorry to say this, but atm, I have to -1, due to the fact that:

-Your app was extremely weak and short
-Not active to all 3 aspects of the server (TS, In-Game, Forums)
-You didn't specify how long you could be on properly, could it be 3-7 hours? Specify next time (or something close enough)
-TS and Skype is a REQUIREMENT (Auto-Deny, unless TS is easy to download for ya)
-Your weakness is common for almost everyone, you could have way more weaknesses than that for all we know
-Never seen helping
-Helper is not for gaining popularity, its to help the server in the best possible way; Because tbh, nobody really applies for the power... (unless they're like really new to being a staff member)

To improve on next time, I recommend you look at some Accepted apps, for help on improvement for next time

Work on getting those and learn a few more commands and then re-apply. =]
