    After reviewing the information I have decided to vote +/-. Your application was very good and I see maturity, but you activity is only decent. I honestly think that you are not motivated and dedicated enough to become helper yet. If you reapply in the future and work on what I said were weaknesses I would be happy to +1 an application.
