Ok let me point things which are bad. They're on red.

This application was Horrible. Horrible troll apps are not cool thing to see, you can forget being a Staff member with app like this, lies in app and attitude like this:

I think your problem lies here, this is a really good app, but I don't think you like the server enough, to get accepted for interview you need to say ''rly rly rky rly rly lov this server''. The fact that you didn't know that the ''rky'' should be in the middle shows me you are not ready for staff yet. But you should apply again in 2 weeks time and I think you will have a fair chance.
