But never really seen you on ts or helping people.

Guggy, I know you are active ingame but I think you should work on your teamspeak and forums activity a bit!
I would also recommend looking at the apps in the accepted for interview folder for some examples

Denied you need teamspeak to apply for staff. You cannot get on which is an issue but, you need it before you apply. Please reapply in no less than 2 weeks.
