Fun great idea for this server

Hello, I think that this server needs Battle dome if you don't know what battle dome is its when there is 2 teams of 4 are put in an arena there is a 10 minute build phase to mine and build your base and make your armor and weapons after that you go to your base place down this block of obsidian after that you can destroy the other teams obsidian and automatically win or you can have a battle to the death. This mini-game would be great to play and a little thing like kitpvp but you mine for your stuff and 3 people to back you up it would be a fun multiplayer experience.

 

I'm not a huge fan of battle dome because of the lag. Although this is a cool gamemode it wouldn't work as well as it does on YouTube. (No /heal No /sethomes)

Yea and with this servers good connection there would be no server lag but i agree with you on the no commands maybe tp though

This may be a good idea since we got all of our mini games down except for halo, ctf, and kitpvp.

We already have Terrarium and Kitpvp, aren't those enough? -1
EDIT: Also, this is Towns server, not a Pvp or Minigames server.

 

It was enough when boomo, tntrun, and hunger games were in existance.

This would be a great game mode since it is longer than the others. However, definitly not obsidian. That would take forever

 

What meep doesn't lag! Yeah!! Where the heck are you on the server without lag? -1 everyday meep is less economy and more mini games, I like meep much more when it is just simple economy not mini games

 

-1 for now, battle domes are fun but I think we have better things to add right now.

 

I love it when people say "This is a towny server" When the fastest way to make money are the mini games. Since it's a "Towny server" lets just shut down every mini game that can attract more players ya know?

• Please for the love of god have no unfair advantages like in kitpvp or ctf.
• Maybe buyable kits for meebles? (They only last a week or something, but they cannot be too op)

We are an economy server, yes. But the economy is hard to make money anyway, so we don't get enough little kids anymore. With Battle Dome, or even any other cool gamemode, would really bring little kids more into the server. Spleef has been super popular since it came out, and it's a great minigame. Why not add more ways to make money into an economy server? And it's not like the games will be super short, so it's not like every 5 minutes 100k is in the economy. And I bet there is some way to make it unique, just how Meepcraft likes their everything. hehe

 

Battle dome might bring a lot of lag to the server. There would have to be multiple worlds or places that would need to be rest or set up for this to happen. The lag would be horrible in the arenas. Battle dome would bring new players and would be a good mini-game, but there might be not enough arenas for everybody that wants to join. The Youtubers that do Battle Dome as a mini-game have small servers that they play on so there isn't much lag. -1 For now at least.

 

I don't think it would fit in with the meepcraft theme so -1.

 

We need to fix all the other minigames first then maybe get new ones...

 

As discussed in the town hall meeting, this has no way of bringing in money. In other words, people will join just to play that game and wont donate.
