When I first joined the server I messed around on some minigames, then I decided I wanted to try towns. I went to the towns warp, and accidentally fell in someone's chicken pen. At the time I didn't know that you could teleport using /warp, so I just filed a modreq and waited an hour or so for someone to help me out.

 

Planing to grief a town, but never doing it as my friend did it without me (and received a perm)

 

I first found Meep when Fuzzlr (or whoever) acquired Mc-Halo. After the ip for Mc-Halo didn't work anymore, I had to use MeepCraft's ip. I went into spawn, and quickly found the halo portal and started playing again like I always did. A few weeks later, I picked up a MeepGuide (back when they were still helpful, you know?) and asked in shout if I could join a town. A guy named Pxscal let me into his town, Interlaken. I remember asking him how towny worked and him giving me a set of iron armor. He also explained where to mine (/warp rp) and how to make money. He was a really nice guy... At this time, I made a living by doing this: /buy 1 stonesword, killing/killstealing people in Centrum (I hate to admit I was a PVP logger) and selling the loot/heads. I stayed there for a few months until I realized that Pxscal had quit, and that I should find a new town. I eventually bought an embassy in Albion, which was owned by Phoenixpuppy at the time. After Phoenixpuppy became inactive, ownership of the town passed to Snorehax, and Interlaken fell. At this time I joined Albion, which Snorehax named Grandis. I turned 10k into 500k by exploiting the Meepshop when it was new (Iron blocks were 200 and iron ingots were 430). After 7ace quit, the town went to 618AWESOME, and after that, I now own it.

 

My first memory was joining a town with Mrsmegan when she was a no rank. I had no idea what anything was and I thought /sethome claimed my plot because when I did that I could open stuff in the house I claimed(Turns out the owner didnt know what perms were). My stuff always got stolen because I didnt have a plot so I would just give all my random stuff with Megan, we didnt become friends for like another year and a half. Eventually I left that town and joined a town called Tristram. I got a god sword in one of Fuzzlrs drop parties and the owner, Heroic_Jelly stole it from me. I got a mod named smosh to help me and she got him banned, and gave me ownership of the town because I was the last person in it. I worked really hard on it and grew obsssesed with Meepcraft. I bought elite in December 2012 for 68 USD and got a little popular. I remember getting cakes from playing minigames and selling them for 1000 meebles each, and running through the terrarium with no armor to get free diamonds and potions.

 

I think MrsMegan had just gotten SuperMod when I first joined, because I remember people congratulating her. I also remember someone proposing to her in shout, her not answering him, and then him doing /suicide and declaring that it was Megan's fault. I wish I could remember who it was!

My first actual interaction with someone was probably when mistressmacabre added me to the town that I now own as mayor (Kakariko in Alpha, where she was an assistant at the time). She helped me feel welcome, gave me some basic instructions/advice, and then mostly left me to my own devices for a while - which I was happy about, haha. I also remember going into the Wild and mining for what seemed like forever so I could afford to build my little wood-and-stone house. But that's okay 'cause I like mining!

 

I remember when I was a drifter in spawn I saw this pig running around and I was like "Omg a pig!" so I chased it and then suddenly they turned into a person. (I didn't know about /dis back then) So I was like "Wow, how'd u do that?" and he was like "/dis" and i didn't know what that meant to I was like "Oh yeah cool". So then he was like "/tpa to me when I tell you to." And I said "Ok". So i did and he /tpad me to his house and he was like "Do you like it, Deer?" And that was the first time someone called me Deer, so I thought that he was saying "Dear" and i was thinking WOah sTRANGER DANGer, so I got off of meep and that was the last time i had ever seen him. It wasn't until later that Deer was an abbreviation for my username DeerlandingXD when I was an Elite.

 

Heh, mine was quite amazing.

After going through several Skyblock servers, I decided to stay on Meep, because there was hardly any block lag.
I was minding my own business, expanding the island and such. In half an hour, I had a visit from 2 helpers/mods (not sure about the names, but I think one of them was Superbros? and the other Bob???) that told me if it is possible to disable my proxy. I had no idea what the talk is about, it later turned out I was using such feature in my browser to see content that was not available for my country on an unspecified website.

Guys were pretty cool, enjoyed talking with them.

 

Hearing Funky talk about it with his friends and mistaking the name for MeatCraft!
He also didn't know that you could do /t spawn so he hid his screen whenever he did /t spawn Pigtown (his town) so I couldn't join it!

Joined in 2012, didn't know how to chat really or how to do anything, had gotten minecraft the day before, got stuck in the voting room.

 

I remember searching google for a "parkour server" last year, after hours of trying different servers I found MeepCraft. I parkoured for 2 weeks until I saw a advertisement to collect items in the wild, I wanted to make a diamond set so I could parkour for longer without dying. I made a iron set and I hid it, I ended up getting blown up by a creeper and died. After like a hour of searching the wild I couldn't find my stuff, I was about to give up until I saw another ad about filing a modreq if you need help, I filed one and after waiting couple minutes I saw @DianaB72 msging me, I didn't know how to msg back so I just waited (I only had mine craft for 3 week at this point) and Diana ended up tping to me and helping me find my stuff. She then showed me towny and invited me to her town, she spent a good 45 minutes getting me a plot and getting me started, I ended up donating for elite a month after and that's where I met all these awesome players in the meep community. Thanks Diana, if it wasn't for you I probably wouldve never goten into meep <3

 

AAAaaaahhhh okay, so...
MeGustaYou is a friend of mine in real life, and a moderator on meep at the time. She told me about meep before I got minecraft December 21, 2014. She got a lil piece of notebook paper and wrote what I was supposed to say to get a town, and how I msg her. I was in wild, she force tped so it freaked me out, and for some dumb reason I was talking on signs because I thought the chat was going "too fast". (This was back when we had over 1000 players). We built a cute little house in a taiga, then shains appeared and lured a creeper to it...


A different time, after Gusta got supermod, I met Isbg2003, because I wanted to mine with someone. We then realized we couldn't tp each other. We thought if we both jumped in the wild portal at the same time we would... Man i wish I had more pictures from that time.
