Hey wolf, nice to meet you. Your app was pretty short, but I like it that way. U know, straight to the point. I haven't seen you active on forums and ingame, but I know you'll do better. These days staff hasn't been active (when I play) and I think you will fit quite well.

-1 Short app makes me think u don't really care about helping the server, sorry. Try to take a look at existing apps before posting your own next time (if this gets denies)

 

Here we are complaining all the current helpers are to young and immature and don't know how to properly ban for breaking of the rules, then when a adult comes on here offering his time and energy to invest into something that he doesn't get rewarded for, despite having many of his own problems such as a job and college classes, you guys say no?

This is exactly the type of person we need. Not some twelve year old who puts on a show for a few weeks, acts nice on the forums then applies for helper gets accepted then acts immature and doesn't know the rules on the job.
Seriosuly just looking at this age alone should be an auto +1.

Wolf, overall I'm a -1, if your activity improves, and you just become a larger part of the community, I may change my vote !

 

My vote for now is a +/- 0. I don't see you very often, but when I do, I've seen you be kind, helpful, and mature.

But especially for someone who doesn't talk a lot, your application didn't really tell me much about you or whether I should support you as staff. I would've liked to see a little more thought put into your "Why" and "Weaknesses" sections, along with at least some attempt to answer the "Hours online" questions (which could give people a better idea of how active you are in-game). An interview might be a good opportunity to flesh out those answers, but it might also be good to have a more solid application going into it.

If this isn't accepted, I do hope that you apply again. Either way, keep up your forums activity (and try using the forums to help people and the server when you can - like in Q&A, Suggestions, and Report A Bug), and don't be afraid to shout a little more in-game and be more involved in the community! Good luck.
