You would need to buy this from rank sellers, resulting in them getting the same money as before.

+1 Because as you said: a lot of 10$ sellers but not a lot for higher ranks.

 

Personally I think that it would be best if these vouchers were sold in $20 increments, as people are still willing to pay $20 . This way chargebacks wouldn't be so huge of an issue.

A long time ago Jeronlmo suggested a very similar situation as this and Fuzzlr loved it. I think it should be implemented definitely. +1

 

A voucher needs only 2 items attached to it. Who purchased it? (paypal account or buyer's minecraft ID) and who the donation is for. I don't see how those things are any more difficult to keep track of than current systems. It might even be easier to set a second tab in donations (for the current way we run things) where the first input is who is buying this rank and then the second tab is who is the donation for. That way we could get dishonest rank sellers banned asap.
