I debated a +1 because of your apparent abilities, as spoken about from the comments here. However, with you just returning this week, essentially, and an application that shows you've put no effort into it, I have to be a -1. If this is your first week back, I'd advise spending about a month reintegrate back into the community and game, and take a few days before you apply and work out a real application.

 

I would just like to say that I haven't been completely inactive I just haven't spent as much time as I had before and also it has only been just over a month since I left staff. I am still quite well connected with the current community its just i need to get a bit more involved.

 

Don't know you and why is your intro longer than your why to be helper. To be honest I did not like the app but on what people have said I will give a +0.5

You're a great kid but, you won't fit in nor enjoy the staff system. I don't think you'll be able to handle a lot of the criticism, given thats why you resigned in the first place.

 

I would +1 however, it is a -1 from me. Only because you didn't put any effort into the application so I don't see how you'd put any effort into being a staff member and putting the effort into taking responsibility that comes with being a staff member. I do believe that you were a good staff member before but what about the people that are on different timezones and haven't met you? Like myself, some people don't know you and I feel this hasn't convinced myself nor those people that don't know you that you are willing to put the effort in.

I actually disagree with you i don't believe that (i won't enjoy the staff system) because i enjoyed it before and i believe currently it is at a better state then what it was when i was staff previously and also that is not the main reason for my resignation...

Thanks for your response and in answer to your question the staff role is benefit to my timezone not others whereas I'm sure a lot of people in my timezone don't know who you are because I've never seen you online either and for the post as a staff member it is to cover my time zone as well as i can not other timezones.

Dan, you were the helper right alongside me when you and I were staff. since you mysteriously resigned, you really disappeared on a lot of aspects of the server. -1

Denied, I remember you as staff and with time to become staff again I see you as a great add to the team, but I would like to see you with more time being active in game and more details in your application for people to see the real danwoods. Please reapply no less than 2 weeks
