Introduction:
Hello there everyone! My name is Jayde or as most of you know, Cyber_Punk_ or Cyber. I am currently a helper on the server and a mayor of Fairlands in Alpha and a Co-Mayor of another town in Beta. I joined the server in August 2012 and I have been playing on this amazing server ever since. I have been helper since October 25th 2014. I am going into my second year of high school soon and I am going to get the chance to choose my subjects later on this year. I plan on becoming a business broker while being the owner of my own company, I also plan on investing in stocks on the side. The reason I want to pursue this is because I love Accounting and Mathematics, dealing with numbers is something I am reasonably good at and fortunately that is what is required for running businesses and dealing with money. In my free time, I usually go Ice-skating because it is one of my favourite hobbies that I am passionate about.

Why I should be Mod:
As I stated above, I have been helper since the 25th of October 2014. In the three months that I have been helper, I have gained an immensely large amount of knowledge on Prism commands and I have had time to become comfortable with different situations and how to handle different scenarios that are handed to me. In the time that I have been helper, I have handled everything in the most professional and efficient manner I believe I could. I have tackled everything handed to me with a positive mind set and I have set aside all my personal issues to ensure that they do not interfere with my performance.

In the time that I have been helper, I have dealt with countless amounts of different situations ranging from x-ray cases to illegal plot claiming cases. I have made sure that I am familiar with the punishments that are issued to different offences and also ensured that I am comfortable with the commands to deal with different cases. Throughout my entire three months of being helper, I have continuously asked questions throughout my time as helper to verify any doubts I may have had, due to this, I am more confident with my decisions on situations.

Being helper has been very challenging at times but everything is a learning experience. Though things can become overwhelming and extremely tiring, it is all worth it in the end. Knowing you have assisted someone and made their experience on the server a bit better is immensely rewarding and it keeps me satisfied. When I am handling anything, I check over everything two to three times over and sometimes even more just to assure my actions are suitable.

Whenever I am online I try my absolute best to check up on everyone and attend to as many modrequests as I can. I believe I have done my absolute best to complete all modreqs as efficiently as possible. Keeping the community happy is my number one priority and I will do whatever I can to make sure everyone is satisfied. My goal as Moderator is to keep everyone satisfied and do everything in my power to give everyone on the server the ability to feel comfortable and feel as though they have a place as well as give everyone the ability to feel safe no matter how hard they may be to achieve. I am very active on all three aspects of the server so I am easy to contact and I am usually very easy to get a hold of.

Weaknesses:
I can be offended easily and sometimes I do not take things as lightly as they may have intended to be. Though, it is rather hard to tell the seriousness intended through the internet. However, I have been taking things a little more lightly and I have started questioning the seriousness of the text before assuming things and becoming defensive or aggressive.

I have not yet handled a hack client case apart from x-ray, however, I do believe if the time came where I had to handle a case like that, I would be prepared and confident with how to handle it. Also, sometimes some griefing cases get a bit overwhelming and I tend to get a little exhausted. Even though I get tired, I understand that it is my job and it is rewarding at the end of the day. Not only is it rewarding but I enjoy assisting people immensely and if dealing with something large requires my full attention I will complete it on the up most professional level I am capable of no matter how tired the job may be.

Conclusion:
Overall, I believe I would fit the moderator position decently because I consider myself a trustworthy, hard-working person. I am positive that I am prepared for the responsibility that comes with the position and the amount of work required. 1) You will help me (and others) without question or hesitation.

2) When you are in TeamSpeak you always say something like "Hang on just got to this modreq", You have awesome commitment to helping out as much as you can.

3) You are the only staff members online during my timezones who doesn't just log on and off you actually stay around for an extended duration and get stuff done.

4) You act a lot more mature than other people (including myself ).

5) I can always contact you whether it be in-game, Skype, forums or TeamSpeak.

I've seen a few questionable promotions over the past few months that made me scratch my head but this promotion should be a no-brainer for the person selected to promote helpers.
