    Look, it's not disagreed apron that people sometimes need to calm down and not take lots of things said on the internet so seriously, as there are so many trolls. The question is this: do insults count as bullying on the internet. It's been shown that the description fits. People can also be mentally harmed by cyber bullying. Words don't hurt less because they're online, some people just more easily brush them off when they're online.

    Bullying is bullying no matter how you react to it.

    lol if I start getting bullied online, then I just tell them that their posts are giving me a good laugh. Then I block them or delete the msgs without reading them.

    I think if it extends into real life in any way, it should be taken seriously, otherwise, the snowmen need to grow some snowballs.

    Here's my issue:

    I define bullying as an action performed by one party to another with either the intent to harm or creating harm for a second party.

    The other side seems to define bullying as an action which always harms the other person by people they personally know.

    These are very different definitions, and I believe this to be the reason I am in constant disagreement in this debate.
