Ah its about time, and now I give my honest review.

Before you got Helper, I even didnt know who you were, but I gotta say, you are really kind and helpful player. You have helped me many times and you got good heart. You are online when there isnt so much other staff(or they are afk/sleeping/at school/at work), which is good. I think we are kinda alike, except that im the failier. xD

But maybe ya should wait bit more? I think you are great Helper, and you do deserve Mod. But tbh, I can't see ya one just yet, maybe in 1-2 weeks?

Sorry Courtney, -1. From the little I see when I occasionally log on, I can tell that you don't have the attitude to deal with the kids on the server.

 

eh.

You seem more preoccupied with participating in shout than doing modreqs, yet you rarely shout anything worthwhile. It's usually "lol".

You often fail to be serious, which is rather necessary for a moderator. Mods need to be able to deliver news and punishments without <3s and omgs.

You're, uh, nice, and all, and, uh...wracking my brain here...

Sorry Courtney, but I honestly can't see you getting this position anytime soon, if at all.

- I see in your why section you just explain how you learn so much? And how good of a team we are...why would this be a reason for you to become a mod?

- You can't really take criticism. I mean I heard about people -1 on your app then you later argued with them about this.

A lot of crap I hear is, "You talk way too much in shout"

The only 2 helpers I EVER see talking in shout are Monkey or Courtney's
I barely hear any other staff talk in shout. I understand they are busy, but this is what makes the community angry, their connection with staff. And the reason why I am +1 this without a hesitation is because, Courtney has great communication qualities.
Courtney doesn't make many mistakes banning/kicking wise, and she has very good communication qualities. Which is what I think, is the most important part of being staff. Is being able to communicate with ages that vary, and at times where things don't feel right. Overall, I think your best qualities is definitely communication, which I think is the best staff quality.

EDIT: And what Monkey said about the talking in shout and not doing modreqs, is good and bad in a way. Doing very little modreqs is different story, but if you have good connection with the community and you complete a fair amount of modreqs, I think talking in shout and getting connected with the community is just as strong as completing a fair amount of modreqs, and not going balls to the walls completing every single modreq that pops up in the feed.

I will try to say this nicely you are not ready people like you a lot b/c you are very nice and all that but I do not see you helping like monkey says I only see stuff like "lollololololol omg" blah blah you are not quite ready for mod. good luck tho

I feel like College is holding you back from doing your best you can do.

I don't really know you well, but from what I can tell you are capable of doing everything; but your activity and etc is hurt since you are in college.
