    You can now set a Co-Mayor for your town! Co-Mayors have the same permissions as Mayors with the exception of /t delete.

    Type /t rank add <player> co-mayor

    You can now set Recruiters for your town! Recruiters have the ability to use the /t add command.

    Type /t rank add <player> recruiter

    Make a rank that is the Council Member rank.

    They have all of the same permissions of a mayor, with the ability to kick players (But not the mayor or co-mayor) and have access that only they can get into a plot called townhall. Only the mayor can do /t set townhall. They also have the ability to kick recruiters and assistants from the town! But not vise versa!

    Thank you, fuzzlr! :D These will be very helpful.

    This would probably require more coding, but I like the idea of Mayor Pro Tem (or some other name), which would be a player who would inherit the town if the mayor is inactive/banned/etc. Right now, I think the only way to do this is for the mayor to arrange with an admin do it.

    Janitor - they can clear plots that have been left by people who ditched the town. lel

    Builder - they can build on all "unowned" plots but they can't /t set, /t toggle, or anything but build.

    Just to start, I think I started the whole recruiter thing, and ty Fuzzlr that is what I have been waiting for. Please add cross-town assistant/vip. This will allow for Embassies that are tax-free and to be able to help manage several towns. This would add a great deal of more fun as it would allow for me to manage my friend's town and my town as well.

    Edit: Actually, I don't care if co mayors get /t withdraw. I can see why some want to keep it, and we don't have to use the rank if we don't want to. A daily limit on withdraws might be useful.

    Not being sexist, but the king in history is the powerful one, but I'm open for better names, I personally don't like that name for a nation co-king, but I couldn't think of a better name.

    Oh fuzzlr, the idea for Real Estate Agent was a good one (/plot forsale and /plot notforsale). :) Could be given along with Recruiter if people want a lower ranked person to have more powers.
