    I'm going to deny this for now. I've never seen you active in game or in shout. Try helping out some more and get yourself out there. Work on this for a bit (like several weeks). Also adding more content to your application might help a lot. If you own another server you are working to get back up and public, I would not bother applying as this would be a conflict of interest.
