Introduction:
I am a owner of a minecraft server called Buddycraft it is shut down at this time because of donation issues.
I have a youtube channel small but is getting bigger.
I am really funny I am a strait A+ student with 4 straight years of Honor roll
Why you should be Helper/Mod/Supermod ?
Mod because I have been helper before on another server but never tried being a mod but I like a challenge
Weaknesses:
I get distracted sometimes
Conclusion:
I am a hard working teen that wants to do things instead of just playing on a server I want to support or assist this server to the best server it can be

Liked your app, worried you've never even logged onto the server.
-1 because you have never even tried and you have to apply for helper first. You don't necessarily have to be a rank/have a profile picture, but.... you don't have those and your new so. you should probably work on that and play more.

1. This is your first forum post, try to get it up
2. You've never been on Towny/Wild server, which is quite a big deal
3. Youtube channels and other servers will not make anyone more qualified or more of a shoe-in
4. Your application was lacking a lot of information that we need to know about you
5. You must help in game in /shout, local, and /msg
6. You cannot just skip to Moderator, you must go through the process of Helper, then Moderator

Unfortunately, I do not think you are suitable for the Helper position. Try working on the 6 things I have listed for you, and then you will have a much better shot if you ever try to apply again. I wish you the best of luck!

If I'm right there's 24 hrs in a day? And your on for 30hrs??? Makes sense.....

 

Here are just a few MAJOR point I thought I should touch on:

• You advertised your own server
• First post
• You're applying for mod
• App was terrible
• Never been in towny or wild

Aside from that, I have never seen you before, and when applying for a staff position, being well known has a huge impact. Try be more active in /shout and on the forums to become more well known throughout the community. Not only that, but try helping people in /shout with problems they have or troubles they occur.

You also said that your weekday hours online was 9 hours, so I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say it's for all 5 days (same goes for weekend but within 2 days). That means that you are online for 1 hour and 48 minutes each day, and 15 hours a day on the weekends. Considering I have never seen you before, I find that highly unlikely. And if I'm wrong and you have in fact been online for that long, then you need to improve on making yourself more noticeable.

In terms of the app itself, (umm how do I say this nicely...) it was bad.

• Punctuation
• Complete sentences
• Relevant ideas

All of those points are things you need to improve on. I want to expand on relevant ideas because this is probably the most important concept of an app. For you to say that you have a YouTube channel is not relevant to the app. Stick to main points and then expand on them, it's useless to say a bunch of stuff that does not effect you if you become a helper.

With all that being said, I'm a -1, but really take in the feedback that has been given to you, and it will help a lot. Good luck!

Make yourself a bit more well-known and right a very in-depth, detailed application

Good, flame put it into words so I don't have to write much. The one thing I do want to touch on that I haven't seen anyone else point out is in the event that your server does come back up, you cannot be staff here while being staff on another server (Unless that rule has changed, in which case let me know so I can edit this out)
