Introduction:
Hi my name is chrispytoast123, I've been playing on this server for who knows how long. I am also an assistant on Onis and am Ultimate (if that helps at all) Minecraft is my favorite game for 3 years so far (you'll have me for the long haul). Meepcraft is the only server I usually play on. I also play at weird hours on weekends. School is usually what makes me do this so I get on around 6:30 ish my time unless I have a sport (one night a week). On the weekends I play from around 8-12 am my time then 6-12 pm my time.

Why you should be Helper/Mod ?
I should be a helper because I am an assistant on Onis and know how to work with people. I am also playing at weird hours on the weekend, so I could be your late-night guy. I also know most I need to know

Weaknesses: On teamspeak I only talk when someone asks a question or when I need to answer one. I also am not using Skype as a communication system for Meepcraft a lot.

Conclusion: I feel I could be your late-night helper for this wonderful server. I know your need them.

Okay. I'm gonna go all out here.
Your app was weak. Your 'why' section was probably the worst. in the 'why' section we're looking for good reasons how you should be staff above the others.
Your weakness? Eh. Answering questions is important, but so is talking and familiarizing yourself with the community.
It's okay.
We don't bite, I promise.

Back towards the intro: You need to really try and give us a clear picture about you in your head. Tell us things like your hobbies, interests, before talking about meep. Also, 1-1.5 hours on a weekday isn't enough for staff. I'd say at least 2-4 is good.
To the conclusion! We need a very brief summary about you and your app.
Forum activity: Gratz on your 9th post. Try to at LEAST get member status on forums before applying. Show off your knowledge of the rules in Q&A. Report bugs and players when possible. Post (constuctive!) comments in staff recruitment. Make sure you never need to file a ban appeal.
In-game activity: You need to help out in shout. A lot. Make sure people KNOW you. not just be able to say, ''Oh, I know you!'' But be able to say ''Hey! You! You're awesome! You're everyone's friend!'' Make yourself well-know, nice, and helpful.

Welcome to the forums! This application has been denied, some things you can work on are getting your forum posts up, you can start with answering questions on the Q&A threads. Become helpful on the server with answering questions if you're able to. Also hop on ts when you can, it's quite fun.
