Introduction:
Hello all! You may not know me, but I am Bob4444444. Outside of Meepcraft, I participate in many activities. I play piano, and also play various sports. I am also apart if a robotics league (FLL) and we have made it to the state finals two years in a row. I am an honors student, and I am trying my hardest for high honors. I am also in Advanced Math and Advanced English/Literature. I try to keep my academics my primary focus, but I still play on Meepcraft a lot of the time.

I have been playing Meepcraft since about the middle of August 2013 and has been a big part of my life since then. It has been such a great time for me! I have made so many new friends, and I am so happy I am apart of this wonderful community. Everyday I try to find some time get on Meepcraft. After my last application, I knew I would never give up. So here I am today, applying once more to be staff. I hope you consider this application.

Why you should be Helper?

Experience- I can't say I have much experience moderating Minecraft servers. I have been admin and mod on some other servers, but they weren't the types of server where staff actually do stuff (I am no longer staff on any server). I understand some commands, but not as nearly as enough commands I would get as a helper.

I also have been co-mayor in a couple towns recently, and being a co-mayor is a big job. I have been very responsible with my power with this job, and taken my responsibilities very seriously and tried not to goof off.

In real life, I have a lot of leadership skills. I may be immature, but I can be as serious as I need to be when I need to be. I like to be fun, but it's not all fun and games. When it's time to be serious, my immaturity goes away and I am mature as can be.

Work Ethic- I may be lazy sometimes (as stated in my weaknesses) but I would always try to work my hardest as a staff member. As a staff member, I would work as much as possible and try to help as much as I possibly can. The community means the world to me, and I would do my best to serve it as great as I can. I would not goof off and fool around while on the job. I would be as serious as can be and get the job done as efficiently as I could.

Dedication- I have too much dedication to everything here. The forums, teamspeak, ingame, the community, and even more! I dedicate myself to everything possible. As a helper, I would dedicate myself to helping the community and making the community a better place. As I stated above, the community means the world to me and I would do anything to help its future development and make it a family friendly place.

Involvement- I am very involved here. Everyday I go on teamspeak. I don't just go in a channel and leave, I stay and talk to the community. I am on the forums pretty much all the time. The forums is the place where a lot of the news happens, it's so exciting! That's why I like it so much. Now for ingame. I try to be active in shout as much as possible and try to not be super immature. I try to get ingame as much as I can, but sometimes school doesn't allow me to do so. In all three of the aspects, I try to help everywhere.

Performance- Most of the time, I try to act mature and help people as much as I can. Unfortunately, I can get immature and a little lazy sometimes. I try not to be lazy, but most of the time that really isn't an issue. As a staff member, I would work my best and take my responsibilities very seriously. I would use 100% effort as much as I can possibly put in. My main goal would be to serve the players as much as I can and do whatever I can do to benefit the community.

Weaknesses:
Since my interview, I have worked on my weaknesses greatly. They may not be 100% out of my system, but they are much more controlled now. I will list all of my weaknesses from my last app and explain in detail how I have improved on them.

Immaturity: Immaturity, my main weakness of them all. This used to be much more of major weakness but I have overcome it a bit. On my last app, immaturity was not a big issue. But, I still find I can me immature. I understand sometimes I can be immature and quite annoying But, most of the time I try to stay funny and try not to go immature. Sometimes for me it is uncontrollable. I feel like if I try my hardest, most of the time I will be capable to stay mature.

Laziness/Effort: I have definitely improved on this aspect a lot over the past couple months. Unfortunately though, I can be VERY lazy sometimes and try to find the easy way out of things. This is not the way to be a staff member, I know. I am mainly basing this off of myself in real life. But, sometimes my real life qualities get the best of me here. I honestly think I am not really lazy anymore but sometimes it will get to me. I don't think this will affect me much, but sometimes it sadly will.

Raging/Patience: I didn't quite explain this well on my last application, I'll put this in more detail. I don't necessarily rage at the person. I get mad, but I don't say anything in chat and I try to calm myself. If I am talking to someone via Skype or Teamspeak, I may mention that this is annoying me. I would never actually say this to the player. Also, when a player keeps asking a question and I keep answering, it tends to get a little annoying. But, I would never try to be mean to the player. I would just repeat myself but emphasize the fact stronger. I feel like this isn't as much of a weakness much anymore, but I wanted to point this out because I want you guys to understand this more and know I would never do anything to hurt the player.

Conclusion:
This is exactly why I want to be staff member. I love Meepcraft, it is one of the most amazing things I have ever done in my life. I don't know what I would be without my friends here, they are such a big part of me and they mean the world to me. It would be such an honor to be a Helper and moderate such a big and great server like this. Thank you for all of you that took the time to read my application, that really means a lot to me. I hope you consider my application and I hope to be accepted for staff and finally become a staff member!

Bob, as I know you on a personal level, I'm just gonna vouch for a few things and leave it at that.

Through my personal experience with you, you are one of the friendliest people I have ever met. And I can certainly say that you are dedicated to Meep; you consistently talked about how excited you were to appeal your ban and get back to the community, and you never once became one of the people who gets sulky and anti-staff when banned. In fact, I was extremely impressed with your first appeal when you expressed that you knew our evidence was probably correct. Believe it or not, a good attitude and the capability to hold your head up when you lose something is not only crucial to being a staff member, but also one of my favorite things about you.

I'm not going to leave a vote for you, as I'm sure it would be biased. I just think that despite the fact that you can sometimes get carried away with your fun, I think you would definitely make a good community staff member.

I think you're a great guy, and it's not that I don't think you would make a good staff member, I just think Meepcraft already has a surplus of staff, and I really haven't seen much from you to indicate you would be a good staff member. I still think you're an awesome guy, just not the kind of personality for staff.

Hello Bob4444444! I'll do my comment a bit differently this time.
Bob, you were one of the nicest people I've met, along with TimtheFireLord and some others. You're always cheerful, and also excited. I only know a few areas where you should improve on.
Forums Activity: You're quite the well-known one. I love it when a player with the rank of "Popular Member" applies for Helper. 1200 posts is very much, and you're friendly here too. Forums activity is not only about the quantity, but also the quality. The posts are not some ridiculous posts that have nothing to do with the topic, but actually have meaning put into the words you type.
TeamSpeak Activity: I always see you on TeamSpeak. You seem to be one of the people who is always on there, despite the fact of our difference of timezones. It's not just your TeamSpeak activity that I admire, but in general the way your mind processes things. I hear your opinion on many different topics on all aspects of the server, and you're not afraid to say it.
Minecraft Activity: To be honest, I see you more on the forums and TeamSpeak than in game. Although you aren't the most active person in game, you're quite the good friend of mine. Many people have gotten to know you, and the activity is fine right now. Your doing things worthwhile with your time too.
Friendlyness/Helpfulness: As I was saying before, you're one of my closest friends. I don't know anyone so far that dislikes you; most of the qualities I see in you right now are the good ones. The personality and quality make up a person. In shout, I always see you chatting with others, or just helping the newer players who have just arrived to the server. Sometimes we've even competed with each other trying to reach the player first, before I became a Helper.
Maturity: I know a myriad of 13-year-olds, both mature and immature. I see more abundance of the immature people, but you are mature enough. Everyone has some ounce of immaturity in them. There are times where I have seen you act very childish, but you have improved on that part. Just a few months ago, you could be mean, rude, and immature. You've increased greatly on that, and I just can't emphasize that fact enough.
Application: Honestly, I just took a glance at the title and app, and a message appeared in my mind which said "This will be good." You didn't disappoint me with the application. The organization was fantastic, and I couldn't find grammar mistakes at first glance. I'm glad to see you being entirely honest with your "Weaknesses" section of the app. Most of the times, I find the player stating 1 or 2 weaknesses, let alone 4 or more. I reread your application again just a moment ago, and I found that you kept the words relating to "help" to a bare minimum.
Ban History: It's clean enough, people change. Take a look at VKL_ReWindZZ and compare and contrast how he was like a few months ago. Times change, people change.
Personality: I'm not sure whether or not I've stated this yet, but I love your personality. You're fun, anxious, and generous. There are too many traits.
That leads me to the conclusion of my comment. I guess this probably sounded incredibly biased, which is the very reason why I am not counting this as a vote. You've been improving! Good luck on getting the staff position!

 

I would write something really nice out, but video games stated it so much better then I ever could. You are one of my best friends on Meep, a really enthusiastic and nice guy, and lots of energy. I will leave my (totally unbiased) +1
