This is not true, I am the same timezone too and I always see bob on when Im on

 

I see you on occasionally, probably just different schedules

That is not the reason I became more active on the forums, the forums is an amazing place and I am constantly on it. If I didn't like it, I wouldn't be active.

Hey bob! It's cool to see you applying for the helper position! Unfortunately though, I'm a -1, here are my reasons why.

• I don't see you much in game and we have the same time zone
• When I do see you, I don't see you helping
• I feel like if you got helper, it would end in 2 ways: you would act more like a player and wouldn't respond much to staff work, or you would go all out for a week or two and burn yourself out.
• Sometimes you can be immature

I do really like that I see you on teamspeak a lot, and that you're on forums a lot, but it's just not enough for me. Good luck!

 

You're extremely nice and I can really see that you're dedicated to the server. I haven't had much experience with you, and for that reason I do not think I reserve the right to vote on this application. However your positive qualities outshine your negative ones in my honest opinion Your ban history consists of one ban, but it still concerns me a bit.

 

I was going to give you a plus 1 but then I found some reasons that are significant enough for a -1
You added me on Skype to talk to me about why you were banned and why you should be staff (nothing else). This shows you're very desperate. I rarely see you helping in shout either. You were also messaging me to talk to you over and over and it was quite annoying. That shows me your maturity level is pretty low. I am a -1 but with a push in the right way you could do a lot better. Good luck

In regards to this, you also told me today the only reason you became active on forums was because you were banned.

 

Let me just clear this up. When I applied for staff a couple of months ago, I started to become more active on the forums. When I was banned, my app was then denied and then following that was my ban appeal which was also denied. So now I can't do anything ingame and I don't know how to use teamspeak. I start to explore the forums. Then over time I just started to like it. So my ban was half the reason, not the complete 100% reason. It just gave me a lot of time.

 

Bob I think you are very active in forums and you are a good person but I think you could be a little more active in in game at /shout.(+0.5)

 

When it came to me reading your "Why" section, I read the topic sentences of each paragraph and stopped. This section should be used to explain what capabilities and characteristics you have that would be beneficial to the server if you were to be given a role on staff, not explain how much you love to help and how much you love the server. I consider a failure to address these two key areas to be detrimental to any staff application, and for that reason I feel I have to give this a -1 for now.

I do see you as having the potential to go on to do good things. I just want to see from you what aspects from your life outside of Meep you can bring with you to the staff table. Once you think about and answer these things, I will probably change my -1 to a +1.

 

-0.5 I still feel you are very immature. You are a great friend and player, but I feel you aren't fit for staff. You have good in game, TeamSpeak, and forums activity, however try and help a bit more in chat.

Your app was simple, but you got your point across. But that Why section.. It seems that you don't understand what you are supposed to put there.
You seem like you really want this, and willing to put in effort.
You have been banned before though. I hope you learned.
