Bob, every time you reply to a comment on here it shows desperation for the position in the way that you need to "justify" yourself. You shouldn't have to justify yourself if you think you're a solid person and ready for helper.

 

This is the kind of attitude I like. She is respectful and has common sense. I am going to post in the Suggestions for something, thank you for the idea.
