A good speaker makes a strong point.
A good man makes a morally upstanding point.
    Don't confuse content with delivery.

The speaker’s ability to communicate their point effectively is the most important.

I don't know if the Reichstag fire was much of an accident, it served his purpose way too much imo

Robert Kennedy. His extemporaneous speeches are some of the best I’ve heard.

Ben Shapiro is a very influential and entertaining speaker, but his style reflects being more argumentative than powerful speaking wise, but that makes since as a political figure.

If you’re talking about speaking, I’d think some philosophers ought to be in this list (and I saw some).

The Bible is a potential, having been one of the most read pieces of all time. It’s influence spreads much farther than any one speech/hearing.

Not that this is an individual speaker, but I enjoy hearing the passion behind speeches by revolutionaries/rebels.

You are just asserting content doesn't matter without any reasoning, you cannot rate the delivery of a lot of highly regarded pre-film orators without using second-hand sources. As I said previously, Hitler was not taking a nation that greatly opposed everything he said and convincing them to do it through his oration. His ideological views, for the most part, fit what people wanted to hear at the time in Germany.
There is debate to who caused it so you may be right but its open to question

Ali is pretty tough to compare to these guys. He certainly generated a lot of relevant conversation and action during the Civil Rights and Vietnam War era as well as being a really slick talker, but he also said a lot of really controversial things, especially during his Nation of Islam phase. I think his legacy is more based in the incredible way he stood behind what he said. When Ali said he would beat Sonny Liston, then thought to be unbeatable, and he actually does it as a 7 to 1 underdog, what can you say to that? When he campaigned for Civil Rights and anti-War causes by giving up 3 years of an incredible athletic prime instead of serving in the Vietnam War, what can you say to that? When he said he would beat George Foreman, also thought to be unbeatable at the time, and he actually does it as a 4 to 1 underdog, what can you say to that? He really talked the talk and walked the walk.
