But you didn't click the "What is your opinion?!" thread. You entered a debate thread, you're opinion is not relevant only facts are.

    Please don't avoid my question.

We've established the scenario you are using as justification of bathroom laws has never once happened to you, nor anyone else that you know.

Do you know anyone, who knows anyone, that has had the scenario you are using as justification laws happen to them?

You are talking about two completely different facilities that serve different purposes and are designed differently. Bathrooms have stalls and dividers affording users some measure of privacy. Lockerrooms do not do this, purely because of their purpose.

No. This question is completely irrelevant to the thread. Do you know what the Red Herring fallacy is?

I am showing your belief in this topic is not relevant due to your non-firm grasp on the entire topic. I also don't have a firm grip on these answers, however, I couldn't care less where they went to the bathroom at.

But you're basing your entire worldview on this topic based on your view of man and woman. If you have no clue what makes a man a man and a woman a woman, then you're inherently wrong.

If a man had a tragic accident, leading to the removal of his genitals, would he be a man?

Would a man who had a sex change operation into female be a woman even though he lacks eggs, or a uterus?

Would a woman who had a sex change operation into male be a man even though she lacks sperm and has a uterus?

Erebus45 hasn't made you look bad, but the words you wrote are making you look bad. It's not up to you to decide what people should or should not do - You don't have that right.

A school is public property and as long as it's lawful you should keep your opinion to yourself.

Hospitals are privately owned and you're opinion on what goes on there is still irrelevant.

Neighborhoods are a mixture of public and private, but unless that bum is on your property it's still really not your business to get involved.

You speaking up in every example you've given is not speaking up, but getting involved in things that are not your business and then trying to dictate what other people should do. -- What gives you any right or authority to even begin to do such a thing? Nothing.

Sure, I think the entire bathroom debate is pointless and like kids fighting over toys, the solution is taking it all away. Make them all unisex and let people deal with it. But the discussion isn't about how something feels, in spite of factual information.

You did not respond to any of my points.

    You are stating:
    1. If you look like a male, go to the mens. If you like like a girl, go to the womens.
    2. I am uncomfortable with a male in the female bathroom / Uncomfortable with sending my wife or daughter in the women's with a man in there.

if a guy LOOKS like a girl, and you want the people that LOOK like girls to use the girls, then you're automatically sending guys in there, which you also don't want.

    I'm confused.
this isnt even about trans anymore its just pure discrimination based on looks.

Cows don't lay eggs as calves would have to be massively underdeveloped when the come out of the egg or the cow would have to put way to much energy into making the worlds biggest egg shell. The calves would have to be nurtured by the cow for much longer. It just isn't worth it

You are not a billionaire because you didn't inherit billions from your parents and you don't have a job that pays you a lot of money but I'm sure if you worked hard enough, you could become a billionaire ;)

Yes I thought about it, what's wrong? Most if not all females use stalls every time they excrete solids and liquids. It's not like men can stair at women while theie going. The issue should be women in men's washrooms as urinals are often quite... Open.

Debunking Bathroom Myths | The Huffington Post
    NDO: Non-discrimination Ordinance

" When sexual predators do commit sexual assault in bathrooms, they don’t need to pretend to be transgender and exploit NDOs to do so. People commit also acts of voyeurism with our without NDOs in place, and don’t need to pretend to be transgender to do so either."

"Experts on crime, like the police, state over and over again that NDOs do not result in an increase in sexual assault or rape. Spokesmen for police departments in Iowa, Hawaii, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Texas have all gone on record stating that NDOs do not result in an increase in the number of reported rapes or sexual assaults in their jurisdictions. In fact, 17 states and 200 cities have such NDOs in place, and have not had an increase in sexual assault."

"When looking at this statistically, it is pretty easy to understand why this is true statistically. Over the 35 year history of NDOs protecting transgender people all over the world, only one case of a person abusing an NDO and committing sexual assault (in Canada) has ever been found, even by those most interested in demonizing transgender people."

Stats show assaults don't happen in bathrooms

    "
But professionals who work with child sex abuse victims say if history is any guide, the odds of something happening in a bathroom are slim.

"I think there is an assumption that by separating genders that we are somehow keeping kids safe," said Andrew Oliver, the director of Pat's Place.

    ...

Over the last two years at least 850 children were interviewed, and the number of transgender bathroom assaults was zero.

Oliver says there are bathroom sexual assaults, but almost all of them occur between children who are about the same age and who know each other."

Sexual assault in a bathroom is already unlikely to happen, and a male who wants to rape a woman is not going to be stopped by a "women only" sign on the bathroom anyways. Nor will it be made "easier" if he put on a dress and some lipstick ._.

While I agree that Urban Dictionary isn't usually a good source for defining something... we can't really use any conventional means of definition for a colloquial term such as "snowflake".

Otherwise you'd only get terms like this:
Snowflake: a single ice crystal or an aggregation of ice crystals which falls through the Earth's atmosphere as snow. Each flake nucleates around a dust particle in supersaturated air masses by attracting supercooled cloud water droplets, which freeze and accrete in crystal form. Complex shapes emerge as the flake moves through differing temperature and humidity zones in the atmosphere, such that individual snowflakes differ in detail from one another, but may be categorized in eight broad classifications and at least 80 individual variants.

Urban dictionary is no bueno when you're trying to actually define something. Plus calling someone retarded is uncalled for, even if it's true.

There is no problem with wanting people to respect cops, firefighters etc, but there is a problem when you put people in prison for disrespecting them. Prison time for disrespecting of cops, veterans, flags, etc. is the type of extreme punishment you see in tyrannical dictatorships especially considering you want to make prison living hell.

I mean, if not blindly following him is a meltdown....

I just want American citizens to receive equality, yeah.

Yup, this makes our country stronger, more competitive in a global economy and gives us a technological edge over our rivals.

    ....

    We're all immigrants?

    Seems like a good idea.

Yes, avoiding war would be really nice, actually.

Yeah because it costs society and taxpayers less to have an abortion than raise a child on welfare. It's just being fiscally responsible.

I just want every American citizen to have equality, yeah.
