Maybe use /shout a bit more often. I haven't seen you much in game. Other than that, semi-short application, but the details in your 'why' were awesomely stated. I believe you would have potential. As for your weaknesses, we all have our days. And, we all learn something new everyday, the entire position of staff is a HUGE learning opportunity! Good Luck!

I liked the app, and your forum activity is super! Your ingame activity is great as well, but recently I haven't seen too much helpfulness but I do believe you have the potential, as of right now I am +.5
