Generaly i take the time to read everyones responces to your app. and let that curve my responce to a degree.

however yours stands out for me.

If you dont get mod interview I will pull a office space for you and we can go tear apart a fax machine.

Honestly, I read your app, and I liked it. I normally read responses (the longer ones stand out to me) and let them curve my decision on way or another. (Looking above, I can see Hollywoot said the same thing.)

You are active, and mature to an extent, and helpful, and ready for challenge. I think you are more than ready to fulfill this position, and hope that I see you in it in the very near future.

When bass_flow got helper, I was under the impression she would be a HORRIBLE staff member, but in her time as helper she's proven herself to be:
-Extremely helpful in game
-Mature
-A hard worker

I have seen you in game and I just don't think you're ready yet. But I still have hope in you, so....
for now it's gonna be a +0.25. But keep trying!
