Whether you are "friendly" or "helpful," I can find lots of cases of extreme immaturity when dealing with certain situations on the forums. In game, I see you act quite boastful with your position, which many staff members do, but these acts of repeated infancy is enough for me to downvote this application.

Here some examples to show I'm not full of bs:

Work on activity, I don't see you much (and I'm on a large majority of the UK morning and on some days it's afternoon and evening, don't see you)

Please, for the love of whatever deity you worship, fix your grammar

Be more active on Skype and TS

EDIT: Mostly was wrong on that first part but I'm gonna leave it in and just annex the part on about I mean be more active in shout, just being in game isn't worth much if you don't talk to everyone D:

Bad Grammar: Okay, if someone doesn't have good grammar, I do not like them representing the server. It shows laziness, immaturity, and bad professionalism.

Immaturity: You are extremely immature for the experiences I have had with you, work on that.

I can't say you're inactive because I live in America. But it doesn't seem like you are as active as you used to be.

Work on these, and I think you would make a good mod.

 

I have never liked formal staff members. I like fun ones that have a sense of 5% immaturity at least.

Both of these quotes show an inability to deal with constructive critism, and as many others have stated, you tend to be immature and impatient.

Lets not turn this into an arguement. That is nhjeds opinion.

 

I was going to give you a +0, however when I read your replies on this thread my vote quickly changed to a -1.

You need to be able to handle constructive criticism. Just because somebody gives you a -1 does not mean that they do not like you. I think you're a great person, you just need to prove that you can handle constructive criticism. Also, I only see you on TS once a week at most (this could be because of timezones).

Seriously, it's her staff application, let her defend herself. It's cool that you wanna step up for her, but again, let her offer her OWN defense.

I find you to be immature, lacking in grammar (you have no idea how prissy I get when I see a sentence like this from a staff member. "disappointed with this response" 1. Capitalize the first letter of a sentence. 2. Complete sentences please. 3. Period to close the sentence.), and to overall not be fit for a staff position what-so-ever.

Your forum activity is mediocre... Ok, maybe a bit better than that. It's pretty darn good, actually.
The reason I'm not going +1 on this is because of a couple reasons.

1. I haven't seen you very much in game. Perhaps it is time zones, but regardless, I don't see you often.
2. Your responses to a couple comments on here have been a bit uncalled for. Regardless of the response and how you feel about it, you should take the time to thank the player for commenting and giving feedback, not say that you're disappointed in their responses. That makes me view you as a bit immature, and unable to handle rejection/negativity.

Work on that, and you'll earn a +1. Good luck.
