I personally have never been banned for kitpvp/any pvp hacking.
But I do think for some of these people banned for kitpvp hacking, I do think it's kinda unfair, the staff do not have 100% solid proof of them hacking. Yes, videos showing obvious 'hacking' are a good thing but do the staff actually KNOW they're hacking? I mean do the staff have pictures of solid proof (like maybe a picture of their files) that the person may have a hack. A friend of mine was banned for Pvp related hacking a while back, and I saw the video of the hacking, but he didn't have any hacks.

So even though videos clearly show someone hacking, this isn't exactly 100% solid proof. 100% solid proof is when staff have seen the files of the supposed hacker.

 

The staff team never bans on suspicion. Hacking reports are validated by multiple staff members until we can then This is why we have a very high success rate concerning hacking.

 

Im not saying that.
Even though screenshotas and videos are valid for success, do the staff actually know (I mean, properly, Know) the person is hacking? That would be 100% proof.

 

Do detectives actually know that someone committed a crime? Are they 100% sure? They weren't there.

 

Why tell them to make an appeal if it won;t get accepted anway

 

Why is this getting attention?
