Accepted Banned for Chargeback?

I had been banned for charge back, however I donated $80 on 8/15 though the website and haven't yet received my elite status. Nor has any money been returned to the account.

I'm confused as to what is going on? I've been trying to get my status updated though the

I opened the thread 8/18 and posted the image 8/18 and on 9/8 Onis_Luck banned me for charge-back.

Please help me understand, I have donated the $80 and not received the status - nor do I understand what a chargeback actually is. No money has been returned to me - and I have been banned, and never got elite.

I'll look into this asap to find a resolution. According to my records a chargeback was issued however.

It's when a consumer reverses a payment. It's usually used if they were scammed or got a damaged product, but some people abuse it to get their money back from minecraft servers.

 

I don't even know how to do that

 

So what do i do i didn't call for a charge back

 

I didn't get any money in my bank account though.

 

please my town only has a bit of money in my bank
