your intro should give us more detail a bit about you. likes and dislikes, any hobbies you have, etc.
I noticed you didn't have a position change. You'd go to helper first.
A helper's primary job is to...help. Not ban. Not enforce. Help. We, as staff, are trying to make helping our main focus and making the server a more enjoyable place rather than looking for rule breakers and stomping on them hard as we can.
As for your weakness, building is not one of them. a helper never builds as his/her job.
Your conclusion(that isn't even there....) should summarize your app in 3-4 sentences.
outside of your app, I'd work on activity on forums, in game, and on TS.

App was terrible, your activity is extremely poor because i have never seen you online and due to other comments neither has anyone else really I don't think you are at all ready for staff but I encourage you to keep trying and if you work hard enough one day you could fit in well.

 

I had to walk the player through creating an application, send them the format and explain how to write an intro.

-1. You are obviously a new member to the server, this doesn't mean you shouldn't apply, it just means you should get used to the server before applying. It is obvious you didn't put any effort into the application, so how would you be able to make an effort with learning new staff commands and make the effort to keep the server in control? Maybe spend a bit more time on MeepCraft and get a hang of everything, be active on all three aspects of the server as well.
