They are giving the lower ranked players less perks, meaning they hate lower ranked players.

 

The very thing that makes ranks what they are is the difference between them. If lower ranks had the same perks as higher ranks, these ranks would become irrelevant.

Anybody guilty of "rankism" would not be the individuals deciding the perks of ranks. They would be demoted if they varied punishment by the rank of the player.

"Rankism" is ineffective. If you treat lower ranked players badly, they are more likely to leave. This is bad for the server. Staff do not want things that are bad for the server. The server is the body that allows them to be staff.

 

What do you think ranks are for? People get them for donating, it is an incentive, not an effort by the staff to make lower-ranked players feel bad

 

Even still, barely. Higher ranked players have nothing to boost them economically over lower ranked players... aside from like halo multiplier

 

Incorrect. Ranks are supposed to be donations for the server, the server does not force you nor encourage you to buy the ranks, however, because of its popularity, it was changed to shop instead of donating as you get advantageous perks from purchasing them. I don't understand of this aggressive approach towards the staff members. Most of them volunteered and they're not being paid for it.

Well, we are biased against lower ranks, especially citizens, due to us inviting them to towns more often.

You can speak French, just not improper English.

 

I don't think "staff" is the correct way to put it, it's not black and white.

For example, iKitten/Klutch. It isn't both of them who's corrupt. As I said before, don't accuse the whole team, accuse the ones doing stupid stuff. Don't know who did xyz? Blame the admins. Staff comments exist for a reason, use them.
