    If anything, I don't think media/tech apps should be closed, we could always use more of those. But I don't think we should close apps in the first place, because staff might not know who wants to be staff. Also, people can get feedback on applications so that they know what to improve on.

    Because we're working on making new staff training simpler and of a better quality. If that takes time then I'd rather do that than have holes in people's training.
