Anikin, you are a nice person, and I enjoy talking to you, but I do not believe you are fit for staff just yet. You have been making improvements every time you apply, but there is always room for more improvement. I would get more active, start posting in all areas of the forums, and being involved Ingame, on forums, and on teamspeak.

You have potential, but now isn't the time.

Actually we didn't get punished at all and we made up with legendcaleb

The application was better this time around, but we share the concerns that other players mentioned here about your maturity, helpfulness, and community involvement (especially here on the forums). Please take time to improve all three of these. That can include stopping to think about how a potential staff member should act in certain situations - not mini-modding, but paying attention to the way you behave and talk to others, and looking for ways to help people. You may reapply in no less than two weeks from this post.
