I did, however there are lots of new people saying they've "been around since meep started" that I've never even seen before. I really don't trust people on that one, I just go by their forums dates.

Maturity, Seriousness, and Work Ethic Are what I believe Every staff member should have,

You're maturity isn't as good as it should be.

And you aren't a very Serious person (Staff can be amusing, but also must be Serious)

And I cannot Judge you're work ethic because I haven't seen you in action.

- Your app you say about your quiet in shout and would only shout if someone needs help...well I know your a helper and you shout help but you should also be like connecting with the community.

I think you said a lot of good things, I do especially like the modreq comment, because you are 100% correct, a single modreq does have the power to turn a new player into a regular player. I did like you didn't talk about being able to ban the bad guys all the time, because a helper isn't there to primarily kick players out, but to encourage them to stay. Helper is 100% customer service, and that service should be impeccable.

However, while this may be something I am assuming personally, I get the feeling the talk is there, but I can't see the drive behind those words. For this reason I can say you have potential, but I don't think potential is quite enough, as each staff is vital to the server, and can directly improve, or hamper the server.

Keep doing what you are doing for awhile, and apply again in the future.

I feel you have a lot of knowledge about the server and you are very nice, but you seem to be lacking in maturity from what I have seen from you/heard in TS.
Improve on these things and I can change my vote to a +1

Hey! You're a super nice person but I don't see you helping much around meep! I know we're online together a lot & you live in my town. You haven't really offered to help much with that or help any new people from what I've seen. It would be a good place to start since 70% of modreq's are towny issues with new players!
You seem very mature & willing to learn (& active :3 )
But i'm -/+ Simply because IMO you have the attitude & the drive to want to be staff but I dont seen any effort put into it! Goodluck though!

 

+.5 I see you do have motivation, dedication, and you seem like a nice person with a good work ethic. But, I don't see you helping very often and the app was just mediocre, but those are just easy things that can be corrected !

I dont see you so much(Ty earth to having timezones). But if you happen to be online, I rarely see you helping.
You can be little immature sometimes.
Maybe you are not ready yet.
And se havent talked so much so you are kinda unknown for me.

We haven't been hasty on making a decision on this app primarily because we do see that there are some problem area's as well as some positive area's. In the end, we are accepting this application, I look forward to seeing you in an interview.
