I'm gonna give you the same normal advice everyone gets.

Expand on this. A lot. Let us get to know you. Personal info isnt needed ofc but get comfy and let us get comfy with you

We know that. If you didnt want to help, you wouldnt make an app
Why should you be helper, why should we say yes, why should we consider, what would you add to the team, what do you have that the next guy doesnt?

Not a huge deal at all. Usually on an app we're looking for stuff that would actually hinder your ability to help, such as immaturity, being quick to anger, impatience, etc.

My advice

-- Work on your app
-- Be very active and talkative on all 3 aspects of the server. Be helpful, get yourself out there, no one bites. Forums and discord are the best ways to get yourself known by the community, mainly forums.
-- Chillax, it's not as hard as you will think after seeing the comments. It really isn't. It takes time, though. So enjoy it.
