What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better?

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: This ban isn't justified. For one, the last sort of punishment I received was an 8 hour ban, for literally saying the N word in /tr. Why would this ban receive a 12x harsher punishment for a less severe infraction. Additionally, it wasn't even "Sexual ref". Saying "Gang" multiple times in a row means absolutely nothing. Numerous other people that have done that got no punishment; not even a kick. Why am I the only one being punished if punishments are being sent? "Harassment of staff" is debatable, but I do believe it's more banter than harassment. I don't really care about making staff experiences worse or anything, they just happen to get really angry when I say something mean about them. I wanna talk about staff biases here but that would lower the chances of this appeal being accepted.
