    However, just taking note, that someone was banned, for just under a month, with the result that the evidence was not sufficient to keep him ban. So basically, someone screwed up, and an innocent person was removed from your server for nearly 30 days.

    I suspect, as staff, you should freeze any discussion on what to add, or plugins, or what-ever-other crap is talked about. And solely talk for the next 30 days, 20 hours a day - On what you can do to improve overall customer service.

    The example I put forth is a piss-poor example of that, regardless of the result, if I were to even find myself in that position, I would vow on my first born's blood to never step foot back into that business ever again.

    I only decided to post this because, I figured, you guys didn't have anyone else to point out the bluntly obvious, so I figured I'll chip in :)

    You keep saying the word corrupt, but corrupt isn't the case at all. The staff are just doing their job and banning you because you broke a rule that you should've had some common sense about. I don't get why you're so mad at the staff when you should be mad at yourself for breaking the rules(especially the rule that anyone with common sense should know)

    If I remember correctly, you made some ridiculous argument in your appeal that banning for advertising is censorship and against international law, and you also stated that you won't follow the rules of the server.

    Or here, Deinen isn't staff anymore. If there is a new policy than the people deserve to know. I would like to add transparency is a thing that could be worked on too.

    @Deljikho You told him that there is a new player policy. I had no idea that there was a new player policy until I came to this thread. If there really is a new player policy, it is just common sense to post it somewhere where people will actually find it.

    I was partially wrong in this thread, while I still think 30 days is too long, I put it in a way that was too aggressive and assumed disinterest on a group that didn't act in that manner.

    @Deljikho is a prime example on how staff, recently, have been making changes and choices that immediately bring positive benefits.

    I felt that he handled this thread in a truly professional manner, I encourage anyone who wants to eventually join staff look to him for examples on how to handle controversial issues/topics/threads.
