    Back In my staff days, (September 30th - October 14th 2013 lmao 14 days) we could've used staff tools as freely as we pleased though. I used hawkeye everyday just to check my chests lol. I also used hawkeye just to see if I missed any messages a player didnt mail me.

    + we could've tempbanned people by ourselves w/o going through that stupid process, and even when they pissed us off. Also, we could handle the person's appeal.

    Being staff isnt as fun as it seems anymore s:

    You just got demoted. You need to chill for awhile before you become staff again. If you used a staff tool for personal use I mean come on common sense there bud. I don't think this short amount of time is justifiable in a "learning" process and for you become a better staff member.

    Don't use poor judgement on him and assume he deserves to come back just because he is your friend. Makes you look bad as a staff member.

    He was a helpful staff member + he's experienced. Sure he may have made a mistake but don't we all? He understands what he did and he's sorry for it.

    I saw a lot of bad judgement calls from you when you were Helper, and they continued, if not got worse, when you became a Moderator, as you suddenly seemed to decide that you were right in these cases.

    I have no idea if you've changed this time around, but it's something to keep in mind. There were issues when you were staff, you had a tendency to ignore or even drop modreqs, and there were a lot of times when calls for bans that I saw you make were way too harsh or in general didn't need a ban.

    You put playing and moderating pvp and minigames over modreqs, and while that's not necessarily terrible, it isn't good.

    I really don't think you are ready to become Helper again yet.

    You deserve a second chance. I have faith that you have learned from your mistakes and would be able to more professionally handle your responsibilities as a staff member.     You have changed. Staff always think that it takes months and months to change, but you have done it already. I hope you get staff.
