What you haven't explained in this application is how have you changed since your last demotion? What lead to your last demotion? How do we know this won't happen again? Without these questions answered, I'm a bit uncomfortable as having you as staff again.

You also recently just came back (past 20 days-ish). I think you should get more familiar with the server again, because a lot changed when you were gone, especially the staff team and how it runs. If you make mistakes on staff now like you did before, you won't last more than a week tops.

Before you left last time, you argued so much about the language rule. You acted very immature about the situation and disagreed with it strongly. Do you still disagree with the rules and how staff is running the server?

Right now I am uncomfortable to give you a vote, because you have not given me enough information to do so. Start a convo with me on forums if you have anything else to say. Otherwise, I'd greatly appreciate my questions being answered here.
