Introduction: Hello everyone! For all who don't know who I am or know who I am but don't really know a lot about me ill dive right in. I'm an 18 year old Programming college drop-out. Although that might sound bad it really isn't as there's a bit of a side story to it. After 6 months of boring and mindlessly easy homework every night I was thinking of going to college elsewhere for a different major, such as Graphic Design. 2 weeks after I had been looking for schools that sparked my interest I got a call from one of my old friends from high school saying that his dad had handed him down a business and wanted me to be the head shift supervisor of said business. After being told what I was going to be paid I signed the papers to quit college the next day and got an apartment in town and adapted rather quickly to the intense job environment. I have now been responsible for over 150+ workers for over 3 months now and I love my job. One day after coming home from work my friends had mentioned that they wanted to play Minecraft and remembered an old server by the name of Meepcraft which I hadn't played for a good year and a half. I logged on and became addicted ever since. I became very active in the community and managed to get helper within a few weeks of coming back. Here I am almost a month later making a moderator application.

Why you should be Mod? Because I want to help this server grow and move forward. I see a lot of potential with this server and I want to help advance that potential and play as big of a part in it as I can. I feel very comfortable with where i'm at as a helper and I think its time to take that step up.

I seem to push my boundaries as a helper at some points when it comes to dealing with the large amounts of report a players, or refunds which I love doing, but am restricted at some points with things such as hacking issues and appeals due to being a helper. I've also became very comfortable with handling modreq's and get a thrill out of helping as many people as I can whether it be through modreq's or even giving a player advice on personal issues.

Since the day I became a helper I was very interested in the prism plugin and have became very familiar with it due to me being a coding junky. I would sit for almost hours studying the different things I could do with this handy tool and love using it. I also take a big interest into preventing hacking and am able to fully record any possible suspects and am very keen on dealing with these issues a lot more.

In general, I believe me being mod will help me get my work done in a faster and more efficient manner with being able to handle more issues the way they should be done.

What are your weaknesses?

• Being Straight-Forward - In certain situations I may be a bit blunt about my statements which may make some people mad, while others don't mind at all. I have limited this quite a lot in my time being a staff member and try to improve on this every day.
• Stubbornness - Although not as much anymore, I still find myself holding on to what I believe to be true unless I am proven otherwise. Although this may not seem like a weakness, it has bitten me in the butt a few times and am working hard to improve on this as well.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I hope to help this community as a whole and am grateful for what I've been able to do so far.
