Best Posts in Thread: Should 'necroing' be banned?

I will quote my post which appears to be what has prompted this thread:

 

If someone is necroing for a good reason, such as bringing an old topic back that recently became relevant again, then I'd say go for it. I do, however, dislike people who necro for the sole purpose of being immature. Such as necroing an old introduction for no reason. I don't necessarily think it should be banned because the rules can't really pick out who is necroing for a reason and who is necroing just to be immature.
